Time Frame for Returns: You may return most items within 7 days of receipt for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that all returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused, to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns on items that have been tampered with, used, or altered from their original state.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (e.g., herbs, oils)
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Books, tarot decks, and oracle cards that have been opened
  • Any item that has been used
  • Clothing items considered as intimate items ie: underwear, sports wear, swim wear, socks, etc

Return Process:

  2. Packaging Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging with protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit. Include a note with your name, order number, and return authorization number.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection and Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: For exchanges due to damage or defect, please email us immediately with photographic evidence. 

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
