Smokeless Smudging
Smokeless Smudging
Smudging with sage and other various herbs is one of the quickest and easiest ways to restore positive energy of a space but unfortunately the smoke associated with smudging can be bothersome to some people. Luckily, there are alternatives to burning herbs to create a sacred space.
I have compiled a list of six friendly and powerful alternatives to keep your good vibrations going!!
Vibration
Sound vibrations penetrate through everything providing a purification of everything it reaches. When the sound vibrations move through a room, object, or person, it can transform negative energies into uplifting positive energy.
Some tools used to induce sound vibration include gongs, cymbals, singing bowls or bells. Metal instruments can cut through the negative energy, while crystal or glass can clarify. Use a mantra or repeat an affirmation to shift energy. Singing can draw more joy to you.
